You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum required by your applicable jurisdiction — to register and use 92ak. No exceptions. Age verification may be required at any time.
Each individual may hold only one registered account. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different identity, constitutes a material breach and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where supported. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Processing times vary by method.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bonus terms including rollover multiples, maximum bet during a bonus, game contribution rates and expiry windows apply and must be read in full.
92ak provides self-exclusion, deposit limits, session timers and other responsible-gambling tools. Users are responsible for using these controls appropriately. Gambling should never be used as a means of income.
Users are solely responsible for determining whether accessing 92ak is lawful in their jurisdiction. 92ak does not represent that its services are lawful in Pakistan or any other specific territory.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 92ak ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), operating at https://92ak.cam. By accessing, browsing or using any part of the 92ak platform — including all content, features, games, betting markets and account services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Your continued use of 92ak following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Important: 92ak is not licensed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani provincial authority. Users are solely responsible for verifying whether online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or playing.

To register and maintain an Account on 92ak, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:
Age Verification: 92ak reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts may be suspended pending verification. Any funds deposited by an ineligible user will be returned (net of applicable transaction fees) following verification of ineligibility.
To register, you must complete the registration form on the Platform, providing accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other fields required. You warrant that all information provided is truthful.
Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 92ak reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances without prior notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. You agree to notify 92ak immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
92ak may require Users to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method. Failure to provide required documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
By using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge that:
The Platform accepts deposits via the payment methods listed in the live cashier at the time of deposit. Familiar Pakistani payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and major bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) may appear as options where technically available and operationally supported. These references are informational only and do not constitute an endorsement of gambling by those payment providers.
Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. Figures are denominated in PKR. These thresholds may change without prior notice.
You must only deposit funds from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may trigger AML review and account suspension.
92ak is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors, banks or mobile wallet providers. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable period, contact support with your transaction reference.
A User may request a withdrawal of their Real Money Balance, provided all of the following conditions are satisfied: (a) KYC verification is complete; (b) no open bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled; (c) the Account is in good standing and no investigation is pending.
Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the selected payment method, KYC status and any ongoing compliance review. 92ak does not guarantee specific processing times. Users should treat any indicative timelines as estimates only.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier. 92ak reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments over multiple business days.
Withdrawals to payment methods not matching your registered name will not be processed. This policy is enforced without exception to comply with AML obligations.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to individual offer terms which are published alongside each promotion. In the event of conflict between general Terms and specific promotion terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail for that offer.
No bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30× means the bonus amount multiplied by thirty must be wagered in qualifying games before withdrawal is possible).
While a bonus is active, individual bets may not exceed the maximum bet limit specified in the offer terms (for example, PKR 1,000 per bet). Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may render the bonus void and associated winnings non-withdrawable.
Bonuses that are not used and wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Account, together with any associated winnings.
92ak reserves the right to withhold, reclaim or cancel bonuses where it reasonably suspects bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting or any other form of promotional exploitation. Accounts engaged in such activity may be permanently closed.
All game results are governed by the rules published for each individual game and the rules of the applicable sports market or casino product. In the event of a technical malfunction, the Platform reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Voided bets do not count toward wagering requirements.
Sports betting markets (including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other events) are subject to the specific event rules published at the time of market creation. Results and settlements are determined by official event outcomes as confirmed by recognised governing bodies.
92ak is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. Users are encouraged to use all available responsible-gambling tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from within the Account settings.
Gambling is intended to be an entertainment activity. It should never be used as a means of generating income, escaping personal difficulties or recovering losses. Self-Exclusion: Users may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting support. Once a permanent self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed. 92ak will make reasonable efforts to honour self-exclusion requests promptly.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach:
All content on the 92ak Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software code and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of 92ak or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published or modified without the prior written consent of 92ak.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92ak, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of data, loss of profits or business interruption.
92ak does not warrant that the Platform will operate without interruption, be free from errors or viruses, or that defects will be corrected. You use the Platform at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion is not permitted by law.
92ak collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct and request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations.
92ak reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, 92ak will endeavour to notify registered Users via email or on-platform notification with reasonable prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to these Terms.
92ak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, AML concern or prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC; or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
Upon Account closure, all Bonus Balances and associated bonus winnings are forfeited. Real Money Balances will be returned (subject to verification) within a commercially reasonable timeframe.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92ak holds its operating licence (details of which are published in the Platform footer or upon request from support). Users acknowledge that they access the Platform from their own jurisdiction and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. 92ak does not represent that online gaming is lawful in Pakistan or any other specific country. Users in Pakistan must independently assess their obligations under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and all other applicable legislation.
